WARRANTY INFORMATION
We at DELTIC are committed to creating quality outdoor gear for everyone. Every product was created with careful consideration to the design and features. We make products that we would use ourselves. However, sometimes things happen to even the best designed products. If you have issues that may be covered by our DELTIC Limited Warranty, please read through the information below.
DELTIC LIMITED WARRANTY
At DELTIC, we stand behind the quality of our products and warrants to the original purchaser that all DELTIC products will be free from major defects in workmanship and materials for the applicable Warranty Period (outlined below), subject to the conditions listed.
Warranty Conditions
For a warranty claim to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must have been purchased from a DELTIC website, store, or authorized dealer.
- The product must be returned to DELTIC.
- The product must have been used only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.
If a defect occurs due to the product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, DELTIC will, at our discretion, replace the defective product or part at no charge.
Customizations by DELTIC will also be replaced. This warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications, repairs, or replacement parts. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not covered.
Warranty Period
ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD
The following products have a one-year Warranty Period from the date of purchase:
- DELTIC Guide Cooler Bag - Large
- DELTIC Guide Cooler Bag - XL
- DELTIC Prairie 25 Backpack
- DELTIC Tracker XL Bino Harness
We will make every effort to replace limited edition or discontinued products but cannot guarantee their availability. If a limited edition or discontinued product under its applicable warranty cannot be replaced with an identical product, it will be replaced with a similar or equivalent model or color based on availability.
Products replaced under this warranty may or may not reflect changes made to designs or products since the time of your purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
The following products or circumstances are not covered by the DELTIC warranty, and all such sales are final:
- Any DELTIC product purchased through a third-party reseller not authorized by DELTIC.
- Products subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper care.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact DELTIC either through our website Contact Page or via email: sales@delticgear.com. A member of our warranty team will respond within 1-2 business days after reviewing your request.
Shipping Your Return
If your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a Return Material Authorization number (“RMA#”) and a pre-paid shipping label. Do not ship your product to us before receiving your RMA#.
Follow these guidelines when shipping your return:
- Pack the item securely in adequate cardboard packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Include any related paperwork, such as your printed RMA# and packing slip, inside the box.
- Attach the provided return label to the package.
- Ship the return using the provided shipping label.
If you choose to use your own shipping method, include the original order information or RMA# inside the box. We recommend selecting a service with package tracking and retaining the tracking number for your records. Additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty Disclaimer
No express warranties exist other than those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
DELTIC is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages under any circumstances, whether for breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, other tort, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state.
This warranty is only available in the United States. No DELTIC reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty.
DELTIC’s sole obligation under this warranty is the replacement of non-conforming products.
