We aim to ship all orders from Deltic Gear within 1 business day. Business days include Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Central Time. At the latest, your online order should ship within 2 business days. For large volume orders, if the item is in stock, we will ship them as quickly as we can.

 

Standard Shipping - Standard shipping within the United States typically consists of either USPS Ground or UPS Ground with shipping times varying from 2-7 days depending on location.

 

Expedited Shipping - If 1 Day or 2 Day shipping is offered for your item, we will prioritize getting this item out. The item will leave our facility within 24 hours on business days. Once it reaches the carrier, the delivery time is out of our hands, but we always do our best to make sure it gets the shipper as quick as possible.

 

Lost or Damaged Items - If your order is deemed lost or damaged, we will proceed with an investigation with the package carrier. Once the investigation is completed, we will choose the best option available regarding the situation. If the package was lost or damaged by the carrier, they will be held responsible for the situation. We will then do what we can to help the customer reach a satisfactory solution.
